Pages describe professional reporting and facilitation services. Published rates are informational. A separate written confirmation sets scope, fees, and delivery dates for each engagement.
Intellectual property
Site content, visual systems, and sample layouts remain the property of Node Panelcore Co., Ltd. unless a signed engagement transfers specific deliverables. Client data supplied for a brief remains the client’s property; finished packs are licensed for internal leadership use as stated in the engagement letter.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse without written consent.
Liability
Leadership packs support decision-making; they do not replace legal, financial, or audit advice. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Node Panelcore Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on website content or from decisions made after reading a commissioned brief.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Chiang Mai shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless a signed contract specifies otherwise.
