Refunds and cancellations
Policies for briefs, retainers, assessments, and walkthrough sessions commissioned from Node Panelcore Co., Ltd.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid fees for professional reporting and facilitation engagements described on this site. Website content itself is free to browse.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@node-panelcore.click at least five business days before a scheduled drafting freeze or walkthrough, unless the engagement letter states a different window.
Full and partial refunds
If work has not started and the notice window is met, prepaid amounts for that engagement are refundable in full. After intake interviews or evidence gathering begin, we may retain a partial fee reflecting hours already spent, typically up to fifty percent of the deposit.
Non-refundable items
Completed PDF packs already delivered, facilitated sessions that have occurred, and third-party print or courier costs paid on your behalf are non-refundable.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers within Thailand may require matching account details.
Cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, no-shows
Deposits reserve drafting capacity ahead of leadership dates. Rescheduling with at least five business days’ notice usually carries no extra fee once per engagement. Shorter notice may forfeit part of the deposit. Failure to attend a confirmed walkthrough without notice is treated as a completed session.
Work already started and materials
When drafting is underway, unfinished working files remain with Node Panelcore. Purchased specialty paper or print proofs ordered at your request are charged at cost and are not refundable once ordered.
Retainers
Quarterly retainers cancelled mid-cycle are refunded on a pro-rata basis only for briefs not yet started in that quarter, after deducting work completed.
